Quick Setup
After unpacking our sauna panel gently screw bulbs into sockets. Dont use a force.
To start a session:
- Plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
- Place it on a table, chair, floor, or hang it on a door / wall.
- Use 3 switches to control which bulbs are turned on .
Local Use
This way you can target a specific health issue in a specific area (pain, sinuses, skin, etc.)
- you can use 1, 2, 3 or 4 bulbs according the area you want to target
- application distance: as close as feels comfortable (about 40–50 cm)
- application time for one spot: 5–10 minutes
Home Sauna Use
During sauna sessions, you make full use of the infrared panel’s potential. It provides relaxation and release of the whole body, while also delivering the full benefits of light therapy.
Since infrared light heats you from the inside, the surrounding temperature required to achieve a sauna effect is low. Many users start sweating after few minutes even if the panel is placed in the living room. If you are not one of them or want to sweat more, place the panel in a smaller room, such as a bathroom, which you can preheat with the panel or a heater.
