The lamp is well-made with good materials. The after-sales service is efficient. They sent me two free replacement bulbs after the first one broke in transit. I use it every day and it works very well. I use it more as a red light source than as a sauna. Although it does provide heat, it's not enough to make you sweat unless you've exercised beforehand. However, it's very pleasant in winter as a source of both light and heat. I recommend buying it, although if you primarily intend to use it as a sauna, you'll need to find a way to actually sweat.

I used it for only one day and already felt improvement in my sleep. I was very impressed by the craftsmanship and high quality of materials. Besides the fact that heating through the infrared panel is a very pleasant relaxation, it also has health effects - it relaxes muscles, stiff neck, helps as a first aid when you start to feel that you are sick. Buying this panel was one of my best investments. I definitely recommend it!

When I feel tired, or I am getting sick, or I just want to feel warm light on my body, I take 15-20 min in front on my infrasauna and I feel better after this. I just recomend this small infrasauna.
